Cold Storage

To meet the growing demand in UAE's food and hospitality sectors, NRTC offers a world-class cold storage facility in Nadd Al Hamar. Spanning 100,000 sqft, it houses 35 international-standard cold rooms with a total capacity of 20,000 tonnes. Our advanced refrigeration technology ensures freshness and longer shelf life for fruits and vegetables. The facility also features an innovative storage extension system and a modern water recycling system, supporting sustainable operations and enabling us to scale beyond borders.

Supply Chain

NRTC has an excellent supply chain and perfectly working systems and processes that ensures the produce are delivered in fresh condition and good packaging to our, customers at a reasonable price. Adopting Traceability System leads to control the coordination of the whole supply chain from production to distribution of the fresh products. The concept of traceability has become a key element of NRTC when dealing with fruits and vegetables safety, in technical terms and also to ensure better customer service. We are focusing on the process in which products follow through the supply chain and reverse the process which allows the products to be traced back up the chain.

NRTC's production team ensures 100% fresh and sanitized fruits, vegetables, salads, and pre-cut items. Using modern equipment like peelers, shredders, and slicers, we meet customer demands efficiently. Every item undergoes strict quality checks and traceability. Our trained staff handles and stores products with precision to maintain freshness and hygiene at every step of the supply chain.

Quality

We maintain top-tier quality in fresh produce through controlled storage and post-harvest care. Our operations comply with ISO 2000-2005 and HACCP standards. Factors like humidity and temperature are closely monitored. Logistics

NRTC operates one of the region's largest logistics fleets, with over 300 chiller-equipped vehicles (2, 3, 5, and 7-ton units). Our fleet is Dubai Municipality-approved and ensures timely deliveries across the UAE and neighboring countries. The logistics team is vital in maintaining food safety, year-round freshness, and smooth, independent operations in both wholesale and retail markets.
